The Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System is a web-based system that allows taxpayers to imprint/affix secured documentary stamps on taxable documents.

To configure Internet Browser: Click Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Email : <your desired mail program> ex. yahoo! mail

New Issuances

Revenue Regulations No. 8-2010  amends RR No. 7-2010 implementing the tax privileges provisions of R.A. No. 9994, otherwise known as the “Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010”. more

Revenue Regulations No. 7-2010  implements the tax privileges provisions of RA No. 9994, otherwise known as the "Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010", and prescribes the guidelines for the availment thereof. more

Revenue Memorandum Order No. 73-2010 further amends certain provisions of RMO No. 3-2009 relative to the submission of reportorial requiremensts under the "Oplan Kandado" Program. more

Revenue Memorandum Order No. 72-2010 prescribes the guidelines on the processing of Tax Treaty Relief Applications pursuant to existing Philippine Tax Treaties. more

Revenue Memorandum Order No. 71-2010 prescribes the guidelines and procedures for the conversion of Accounts Receivables/Delinquent Accounts into the Accounts Receivables Conversion System. more

Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 70-2010 circularizes the revocation of BIR Ruling Nos. DA-413-04 and DA-436-04 and clarifies the basis in computing depreciation of property, plant and equipment. more

Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 69-2010 notifies the loss of 1 set of used but unissued BIR Form No. 1954 - Certificate Authorizing Registration. more

Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 68-2010 provides the policies and guidelines in granting the request of Large Taxpayers for extension in complying with the requirements for the mandatory use of Computerized Accounting System (CAS) and/or components thereof. more

BANK BULLETIN NO. 2010-31: All Authorized Agent Banks are advised not to accept Rural Bank of Isulan (Sultan Kudarat), Inc. checks, as well as taxpayers’ checks drawn from the said bank, in payment of internal revenue taxes. more

 

eREG AVAILABILITY:  The eRegistration System is now available to all authorized public users starting July 22, 2010. more

 

eREGISTRY is a stand-alone Automated Logbook and Survey System located at the Taxpayer Service Area of the Revenue District Offices. For RDOs, eRegistry's program installers, installation guide and user's guide are now available for download at the DOWNLOADABLES icon of the BIR Homepage. more

SECURITY ALERT: The public is cautioned regarding receipt of e-mails purportedly coming from the Internal Revenue Service and e-mail accounts of BIR officials. more

eREG: The enhanced eTIN System called eREG is now available for Employers and Government Agency and Instrumentalities (GAIs). more/LOI/BIR Form 0044

TOOLS FOR MONITORING COLLECTIONS: The Revenue Watch Dashboard (RWD) and Local Government Unit Revenue Assurance System (LGU RAS) are two BIR projects that promote transparency through state of the art online Performance Management System (for RWD) and web-based revenue monitoring tool that provides data matching capability (for LGU RAS). more

List of BIR Accredited CRM/POS and other business machines as of July 23, 2009. more

NO OR COMPLAINTS: Complaints on non-issuances of Official Receipts (OR) by business establishments can now be reported to the BIR through no-or-complaint@bir.gov.ph. Just e-mail the name and address of the establishment being complained of for the appropriate action of concerned BIR Office.
